Physical Q

If you thought the quests in Physical 100 looked really fun and enticing, this is your chance to play some of them in our scaled-down version for women! Over half a day, take part in at least 3 challenges that test a variety of attributes: strength, speed, agility, stamina, balance, teamwork, etc. Expect twists and strategic play as you compete with your teams for a top cash prize of $300!

As your safety is our topmost concern, the challenges will be at a lower intensity than the Netflix show and our goal is for them to be accessible and fun for everyone. We also have mini side challenges for spectators to take part in, so bring along your cheerleaders!

The event will be held at Sentosa and the exact location will be shared at a later date (see Q&A below). The entry fee to Sentosa will be waived if you drive.

Cost to participate in the main challenges, includes 1 event shirt and isotonic drinks*:

Refund policy: 100% refund if you contact us for a refund by 31 May. You may change your team members after registration. If the team captain changes, please inform us.

Q: I want to participate but I can’t find other people to join with. Can you help me find a team?
A: You can sign up as “participant looking for a team” in our registration form and we’ll contact you once we can find a team for you.

Q: What kind of quests can we expect?
A: There will be team and individual quests that test a variety of attributes, not simply strength. There will not be any physical contact (no wrestling) between main participants. You can refer to the screengrabs in this page for a gist – but remember, our quests come with a twist!

Q: Where exactly are we playing?
A: The location will be shared via email in due time (ensure hello@acave.sg does not go to your spam folder!). It is a commercial, outdoor and sheltered venue. It is not on the beach or a public pavilion. There will not be any swimming or sand involved. It is fully on land and the terrain may vary (turf, asphalt, pebbles, wooden).

Q: What shall I wear/bring?
A: Wear your usual sports attire and shoes. Bring along a towel, water bottle and mosquito repellant. Water cooler and shower facilities are available.

Q: What is the wet weather plan?
A: The venue is sheltered so the games will go on! Bring an umbrella to get from car park / bus stop to the venue.

Q: Is there parking nearby?
A: Yes! Sentosa’s parking charges apply (4h free for Islander Insider/Priority members).

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Good boys and good girls are welcomed!!! Please keep them on leash and be mindful of participants/spectators who may not be comfortable with them.

Q: This looks very tough. Am I gonna die? ☠️
A: Our quests are not designed to kill. You won’t be lifting a boulder for 2 hours or pulling a rope indefinitely. There is no elimination and you can play the games at your own pace if you wish and you’re not trying to compete for the top cash prize of $300.
