Physical Q – Childhood Games

Returning for its third edition, Physical Q is a half-day competition designed for women to test their strength, speed, agility, stamina, balance, and teamwork. Participants will be in groups of four and take on different challenges, each with unexpected twists and strategic elements. This year, we’re turning up the nostalgia and fun by reimagining familiar Singaporean childhood games.
Safety comes first, so while the challenges are thrilling, they’re designed to be accessible and fun for all skill levels. Plus, we’ve got mini side challenges for spectators—so bring your cheer squad and get ready for an unforgettable showdown!
